The Atoma Handwriting Practice Book aims to help you clean up your handwriting as you work.

Handwriting practice pages have dark horizontal lines on the usual (8mm) spacing with three feint horizontal lines between them for aligning your ascenders, descenders, dots-on-"i"s-and-"j"s, and anything else that needs horizontal tweaking.  There are also vertical lines every 8mm to help you maintain consistent letter width and spacing.

This page ruling is sometimes known as Seyes Ruling or French Ruling.

You can use this book two ways - you can sit down every day for half an hour with the tip of your tongue between your teeth at the corner of your mouth and try r-e-a-l-l-y hard to do it right;

You can use it for everything, all the time, so every time you reach for a pen, you are practicing good technique.  Embrace it.  Be shameless!  Write like there's nobody watching!  If that seems daunting, get a standard lined refill (or squared, or blank, or do what I really want you to do and get all of them) and put some non-practice pages at the front so it looks kinda normal.  Plus, it is always useful to have some blank and square pages at hand.
